0. Definitions

Unless otherwise specified -

• The server owner refers to 1F616EMO.
• Disability refers to a state in which a person, permanently or temporarily, cannot make proper decisions.
• 1F616EMO, RelaxingPlay, y5nw, and HelenasaurusRex -
  • When referring to a person, refers to the person who rightfully uses an account of the mentioned name; and
  • When referring to accounts, refers to all accounts controlled by the aforementioned person, or (at their choice) a selection (but not none) of them.
• Technical privileges means the de facto ability to do, such as in-game privileges.

1. The successor and the cabinet

1. The rightful successor of the role of server owner is RelaxingPlay.
2. If the rightful successor is under a disability or deceased, the server owner, or any person who has the right to decide the server owner's affairs (if the server owner is also under a disability or deceased), shall appoint another person as the rightful successor before the execution of any other rules in this document.
3. The cabinet consists of y5nw and HelenasaurusRex.

2. If the server owner is under a disability

This section is in effect if the server owner is under a disability but not deceased. If so -

1. The rightful successor shall be granted sufficient technical privileges to exercise the role of the server owner.
2. The rightful successor shall be granted the right to act as the server owner and shall bear the responsibility of the server owner.
3. The rightful successor shall consult the cabinet before (or in urgent cases, after) making their final decision.
4. If the starting statement no longer stands true, rights, responsibilities, and technical privileges granted in accordance with the above rules shall be reverted.

3. If the server owner has deceased

This section is in effect when the server owner deceases. When so -

1. The rightful successor is the new server owner and shall be granted sufficient technical privileges to exercise the role of the server owner. This role change does not affect the execution of this subsidiary rule.
2. All accounts owned by the old server owner shall have their technical privilege to exercise the role of the server owner revoked.
3. The rightful successor shall consult the cabinet before making their final decision.
4. The cabinet may be dismissed, and related subsections repealed, by the rightful successor, if:
   1. The rightful successor attained the age of 18; or
   2. The cabinet thinks fit.
5. As the rightful successor succeeds the role of the server owner, they shall make subsidiary rules for succession matters as soon as possible. Before enacting such subsidiary rules, they should consult the cabinet.
