Appointment of Newcomers' Settlement Plots
- The server owner may appoint any plots as Newcomers' Settlement Plots. Such an appointment can be canceled at any time.
- The original owner of a Newcomers' Settlement Plot refers to the owner of the plot upon being appointed.
- Signs must be set up on Newcomers' Settlement Plots for players to identify.
Taking back Newcomers' Settlement Plots
- By taking back a Newcomers' Settlement Plot:
- The ownership of the plot is transferred from the current owner to the original owner;
- The plot should be returned to its original state; and
- Any properties obtained during the above process should be returned to the current owner.
Prohibition of non-occupation of Newcomers' Settlement Plots
- Owner of Newcomers' Settlement Plots (except the original owner) shall not leave the plot unoccupied for more than 4 days, starting from the time the player acquired the plot.
- If this is violated, the plot can be taken back.
