y5nw revoked yvan's shout privilege between the last two chat messages listed above. The exact time could not be determined as it is not available in the chat bridge.

The revocation of the shout privilege was performed as a temporary measure based on the consideration that

• The messages sent by the accused player had a negative impact on the order on the server (Moderation Team Rule 2.2). Specifically, the messages disturbed ongoing conversations between HelenasaurusRex and y5nw without bringing meaningful content to the chatroom (Rule 7);
• The messages were sent without any explanation (y5nw: "yvan: ?");
• The sender did not appear to have taken the disapproval of other players (HelenasaurusRex: "Please don't do that.") into consideration (Rule 1); and
• While the performed measure does not fall under the scope of "kicking or banning any player" (Moderation Team Rule 4), it does significantly limit the ability of the accused player to interact with other players, which is not justifiable as a long-term measure given the relatively low severity of the actions of the accused player.

The following actions should be taken:

1. yvan should have shout revoked for the minimum period stopping their action.
   • That is, by the time this document is written (2024-08-24 08:35:33), the privilege should be restored.
