## <span lang="en" dir="ltr" class="mw-content-ltr">The rightful successor shall consult the cabinet before making their final decision.</span>
# <span lang="en" dir="ltr" class="mw-content-ltr">Any technical privileges and rights granted to the rightful successor shall be reverted after none of the conditions in subsection (1) stands true.</span>
