On 2024-08-16 at 21:44:47, HelenasaurusRex reported to 1F616EMO that her mining drill was lost. She didn't remember where she put it, but she mentioned she had it charging in the technic station a bunch of times. Logs showed eok is responsible for the loss.

On 2024-08-15 at 15:15:41, HelenasaurusRex put her mining drill Mk3 (the drill) into the battery box at the Technic Station at Spawn (21,19,-41 (map)). The drill was not taken out until y5nw took it out at 19:57:44 and put it into the Lost & Found chest (17,16,-46 (map)) at 21:14:53.

Later at 21:14:53, eok took the drill out from the chest and used it many times until it ran out of electricity. Finally, they put the drill in a chest inside their base (13,17,-238 (map)) at 21:46:39.

The following actions should be taken:

1. The drill found inside of eok's base should be returned to HelenasaurusRex.
2. eok should be warned for stealing other players' property.

This judgement is based on the following interpretation to the rules:

1. Properties ending up in "Lost & Found" chests, public machines, or any kind of public storage are still the owner's property unless it is explicitly marked so a reasonable person would understand it as ceasing ownership.
