The first issue of the Gazette

This is the first issue of the Gazette. The Gazette will announce the following:

1. Amendments to the rules and any supplementary rules;
2. The appointment and dismissal of moderators and helpers;
3. Closing of cases;
4. Taking back newcomers' plots; and
5. Anything deemed important.

Note that publishing a matter in the Gazette isn't mandatory for it to be in effect, but it is always done for better transparency. This is also the way to record the original intent for rule amendments.

Amendment to the rules

In revision 4326, an additional subsection has been added to the rules under the section "Moderation Team":

All judgments shall be recorded.

For better transparency, the logging of judgments has been done since the founding of the server. To further protect the rights of players, this amendment writes this legal custom into statute.
