Amendment to the Rules

The server owner, 1F616EMO, has amended the Rules, replacing:
> No destroying nor stealing other player's property without their consent.
With:
> No appropriation of other player's property without the owner's consent is allowed.
This change was made to cover more cases of appropriation, e.g., illegally adding parts to buildings (this precedent was established in case AD:J/2025-02-18-1 and statutized here), and not fulfilling a contract (in any form).
