On 2024-08-23, at 23:18:00, yvan started spamming random characters. HelenasaurusRex asked them to stop at 23:20:11, and at the same time, y5nw suggested revoking yvan's shout privilege. They continued to spam until 23:24:36, when y5nw revoked their shout privilege. y5nw sent a mail to yvan about this decision at 23:34:14. Eventually, yvan left due to timing out at 02:26:03.

The following actions should be taken:

yvan should have shout revoked for the minimum period stopping their action.
- That is, by the time this document is written (2024-08-24 08:35:33), the privilege should be restored.
