The first issue of the Gazette

This is the first issue of the Gazette. The Gazette will announce the following:
- Amendments to the rules and any supplementary rules;
- The appointment and dismissal of moderators and helpers;
- Closing of cases;
- Taking back newcomers' plots; and
- Anything deemed important.
Note that publishing a matter in the Gazette isn't mandatory for it to be in effect, but it is always done for better transparency. This is also the way to record the original intent for rule amendments.

Amendment to the rules

In revision 4326, an additional subsection has been added to the rules under the section "Moderation Team":
All judgments shall be recorded.
For better transparency, the logging of judgments has been done since the founding of the server. To further protect the rights of players, this amendment writes this legal custom into statute.

The case "Rockergirl's base ruined", opened on 2024-10-27, has been closed. There was not enough evidence to make a judgment and thus, no action was taken.

The Gazette will be sent to the in-game email address @moderation:gazette_delivery. If you want to receive the Gazette in-game, please reply to this email. Moderators had been automatically included.
This issue of the Gazette is sent to everyone. Starting from the next issue, the Gazette will only be sent to subscribed players.

Modifications to the Regional Rules of Spawn South and SmushyVille

The following amendments are applied to the Regional Rules of Spawn South or Regional Rules of SmushyVille:
- Repealed "appointment" and "appoint" and substituting "designation" and "designate"; and
- Rename the section "Newcomers Plots with semi-construction" to "Unfinished plots".
The repealed and amended wordings are equivalent.
