Draft. Rules to establish administration frameworks and codes of conduct on 1F616EMO-hosted Luanti servers and related services.

1. The server owner

The server owner may grant players moderator-equivalent rights on all 1F616EMO-hosted servers. Such players are called stewards.
Stewards shall not use their steward access on servers unless -
1. Requested by the server owner or the local owner
2. In emergencies, or
3. No active local players have the right to perform the act.
Stewards must follow established local rules, decisions, and practices when using their permissions unless they contradict the constitution.

The server owner may appoint a player on a server to be its local owner.
The local owner of a server may carry out actions on behalf of the server owner within the scope of their server.
If any player is unsatisfied with the local staff's decisions and is still unsatisfied after appealing to the local owner, the player may raise the case to the server owner.
Unless allowed by the server owner, local rules and decisions shall not contradict the constitution. The server owner's decision overrides local decisions.

The following codes of conduct shall be followed by all players on any servers:
1. Be a good part of the community. Players should always treat each other with consideration and respect.
2. The dignity of everyone must be respected. Bullying, harassment, racism, homophobia, threats, hacking, libel, doxxing, or other similar behavior is strictly prohibited.
3. Avoid building lag sources, e.g. high-frequency Luacontrollers.
4. No spamming, begging, or game-unrelated advertising.
5. Do not needlessly cuss.
6. Avoid going deep into controversial topics, including politics.
Staff should take appropriate and effective actions to enforce the code of conduct. Local rules may define what actions are appropriate.
