Amendment on the Rules

The server owner 1F616EMO has amended the rules (https://wiki-twi.1f616emo.xyz/s/x) as follows: Moved what's originally inside the {{nutshell}} template into the section "Goals of the Rules", added a short leading text, and removed "protect your builds" from the sentence, i.e.:
Therefore, the rules in a nutshell: Pay respect, be empathic, and have fun!
This change was made to allow the rules to be translated using MediaWiki's Translate extension (https://w.wiki/CiWT) without messing up the {{nutshell}} (https://wiki-twi.1f616emo.xyz/s/z) template.
