On 2025-02-15 at around 05:00 HKT, bigblackoily spammed the chat by repeatedly sending "men" and "mne" [sic] to the chat. y5nw revoked their shout privilege, after which the player left.
I would like to inform you that your "shout" privilege has been revoked due to chat spam, which is against
General Rule 7, which explicitly mentions that spamming is not allowed.
The action taken against you is justified with:
Moderation Rule 2.1, as your action was in violation of server rules (see above);
Moderation Rule 2.2, as your action negatively impacted the usability of the chatroom;
Moderation Rule 3.1, as the revocation of the "shout" privilege avoids further chat spam while allowing moderators to take further action on the case (in particular, document the case in accordance with Moderation Rules 3.2 and 3.3); and
Similar or comparable cases in which the same action was taken by moderators:
