Necessary changes to adapt the rules onto 1F616EMO-hosted Luanti servers with different local owners.
"Capital"
Survival Server will be the "capital" of all servers. All cases will be archived onto the Survival Server Wiki.
Role changes
In descending order of right. Taken reference from British and colony governments and Wikimedia user groups.
- Server owner: 1F616EMO, the owner of the server hardware/VPS, the "head of state", have the final say.
- Local owner/Bureaucrat (new, name TBD): The "head of government", lead of moderators on the server, exercise the power of the server owner unless the server owner says otherwise, 1F616EMO on rPlace and Survival.
- Stewards (new): Have all the right of local moderators on all 1F616EMO-hosted servers, as well as others granted by the server owner. For handling cross-server grieves and assist local staffs.
- Moderators (basically no changes): Exercise power given by the local owner (was server owner), to e.g. handle grieves.
- Helpers (basically no changes): A flag for those who can help newcomers. Often granted the right to carry out harmless yet helpful operations, e.g. changing other player's preferred translation language.
Universalize Rules
- Change occurrences of "server owner" referring to local rights to "local owner" or "bureaucrat".
- Separate constitution and local rules; put moderators rules and Rules of Newcomers' Plots into local rules
- Write steward rules as global rules
